We want you to be happy with your official jersey. Here is how exchanges and refunds work.
Size exchange
We offer a free size exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the jersey is unworn and has its original tag.
Defective items
For a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, we arrange an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
How to request
Contact us via the phone/WhatsApp below with your order number. Once approved, the refund is processed to the same payment method within 14 business days.
